Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading concurrent customer implementations and translating processes into AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementation projects end to end, from contract handoff to go-live and stabilization.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders through a project's lifecycle.
• Report status updates and communicate clearly to teams and customers.
• Run projects against defined phase gates and maintain control of scope and timing.
• Translate findings into agent configuration, routing rules, and escalation paths.
