A small, fast-moving team focused on building smart systems and simple, intuitive experiences seeks a program manager to balance concurrent implementations and translate findings into agent configurations.

You will own end-to-end implementations, map on-site workflows, lead kickoff and UAT, and work with stakeholders across departments to ensure
