Job summary

Melior in Philadelphia is seeking an AI Workflow Engineer to design, build, and ship custom AI workflows and agents powering client engagements.

You’ll work with our CEO, CTO, and engagement leads, meeting clients at all levels to understand processes, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable efficiency gains.

This hybrid role in Philadelphia is open to remote for the right candidate, with opportunities to shape offerings and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in solutions engineering, software engineering, technical operations, or automation.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows and automations.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing work and leadership alignment.
• Proven track record shipping production code or end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meetings with clients to understand processes and identify AI opportunities.
• Design, build, and ship AI workflows and agents for client engagements.
• Low-code automations in Zapier, n8n, or Make.
• Custom agentic systems deployed on the Melior Nexus platform.
• Collaborate with client teams to test, refine, and measure impact.
• Document learnings into playbooks and reusable resources.
• Support executive meetings and AI strategy discussions with leadership.
• Help evolve offerings and processes as an early team member.
