AI Enablement Lead - Local to Philadelphia, New Jersey (South) or Delaware

This is a hands‑on role. You will be expected to build and deploy AI solutions — not just manage or advise.

A well‑established, growth‑focused organization is hiring a Director of AI Enablement to lead the practical adoption of AI across the business.

This is not a strategy-only role. You’ll be expected to identify opportunities, build solutions, roll them out, and prove impact. If you haven’t personally implemented AI tools that changed how a business operates, this won’t be a fit.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership and partner across teams to embed AI into real workflows — not just experiments, but production‑ready solutions that drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate processes across the organization and identify high‑impact AI opportunities
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions (build vs. buy, configure tools, partner with engineering as needed)
• Integrate AI into day‑to‑day operations across multiple business functions
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and hands‑on support
• Track and communicate results (efficiency gains, cost savings, quality improvements)
• Help shape a scalable, AI-enabled operating model
