Job summary

PA is seeking an AI Engineer to work with clients to shape, design and build scalable AI solutions. You will collaborate with Product Strategists and Data Engineers, taking products from discovery through deployment and sometimes continuing to operate in production to measure impact.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, code review of agent-generated outputs, and shaping architecture with strong engineering judgment. Hybrid work with client-site time is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering production software for client engagements.
• Hands-on AI engineering with agent-based systems in production.
• Ability to work across cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and enterprise data.
• Strong coding in Python and TypeScript with good software craft.
• Comfort designing guardrails, IAM and deployment resilience from start.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI production components including memory management and controls.
• Build and deploy agent-based systems and retrieval pipelines.
• Integrate apps with enterprise data, APIs and MCP-enabled services.
• Shape scope and delivery approaches for rapid, quality outcomes.
• Write, review and guide architecture ensuring maintainability.
