Job summary

Melior is seeking an AI Workflow Engineer to design, build, and ship custom AI workflows and agents for diverse client engagements. You’ll work directly with our CEO/CTO and engagement leads, supporting clients from executives to frontline teams, and you’ll prototype and deploy AI solutions across platforms.

We value hands-on builders who love measurable impact, with 2–5+ years in relevant roles and a passion for generative AI.

Qualifications

2–5+ years in solutions engineering, software engineering, or similar roles in a fast-paced setting.
Hands-on experience building and shipping AI workflows or automation projects.
Strong ability to frame problems, estimate impact, and manage client communications.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship custom AI workflows and agents for client engagements.
Meet virtually with clients to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities for AI.
Develop low-code automations and agentic systems across tools and platforms.
Test, refine, and measure solutions to ensure measurable efficiency gains.
Document learnings into playbooks for reuse across projects.
Collaborate with program managers and leadership on executive client meetings.
