We are seeking an AI Workflow Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize AI‑powered workflows that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance business performance. This role focuses on identifying automation opportunities and delivering scalable solutions that support business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Workflow Analysis & Process Improvement
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation.
  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
  • Document current and future‑state process designs.
  • Recommend process improvement initiatives.
Automation Design & Implementation
  • Develop and deploy AI‑powered automation solutions.
  • Configure and implement workflow automation solutions.
  • Integrate automation tools with business systems.
  • Support solution testing and deployment activities.
  • Ensure automation solutions meet business requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
  • Partner with business and technical teams.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations on automation opportunities.
  • Support user training and adoption initiatives.
  • Assist with issue resolution and troubleshooting.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Ensure automation solutions deliver measurable value.

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office, reach in any direction, and move objects up to forty (40) pounds.
