Job summary

Diagonal Recruitment is building a specialist network of AI Workflow Automation professionals for opportunities across New York, Boston and Charlotte. You will identify opportunities to embed AI into business processes, design end-to-end workflows, and integrate AI capabilities into customer, employee and operational journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering workflow automation or business process transformation initiatives.
• Practical experience integrating AI into operational business processes.
• Experience deploying AI-enabled workflows or automations into production.
• Experience integrating multiple business systems, APIs or data sources.
• Experience defining human review, approval or exception-handling processes.
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable business impact from automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to embed AI into existing business processes and operational workflows.
• Design end-to-end workflows combining people, AI and existing business systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities into customer, employee and operational journeys.
• Define human-in-the-loop controls, approvals and escalation paths.
• Work across business, operations and technology teams to move AI-enabled workflows into production.
• Measure productivity, efficiency and quality improvements resulting from AI implementation.
• Support the transition from AI pilots to operational deployment.
