You will work directly with customers to map business processes to AI-enabled workflows, configure prompts, test scenarios, and refine outputs for repeatable delivery.

The role emphasizes technical execution over pure relationship management, with a hybrid schedule requiring three in-office days.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of professional experience in a client-facing or technical role.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear processes, inputs and outputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers; detail-oriented and thorough.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI workflows within the BlueFlame platform for customer use cases.
• Translate customer processes into structured, repeatable AI-enabled workflows.
• Configure prompts, inputs, outputs, templates, tools, and steps to deliver outcomes.
• Test workflows with representative data; iterate until quality targets are met.
• Handoff to Customer Success and ensure customer champions can operate workflows.
