Job summary

Paul Gough Media is seeking an AI Execution Specialist to turn high-level AI strategy into running, production-ready workflows. You’ll own Claude, Claude Code, and our automation stack, ensuring tools run smoothly for internal teams and clients.

The role blends hands-on execution with research, testing new AI technologies, and continuous process improvement. You’ll collaborate across the AI team and leadership to optimize workflows, monitor outputs, and maintain thorough documentation.

• Experience turning high-level directions into production-ready results.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage AI tools and platforms used internally and for clients (Claude, Claude Code, automation stack).
• Execute end-to-end AI workflows from high-level directions.
• Research and test new AI tools and workflows; roll out updates smoothly.
• Monitor AI processes; review outputs; troubleshoot and ensure quality.
• Maintain clear documentation for AI workflows and SOPs.
• Coordinate with team using Slack, Zoom, and project management software.
• Suggest process improvements and help scale operations.
