Job summary

Core States Group is seeking an AI Workflow Specialist to join the Digital Transformation team. You will identify, build, and support AI-enabled workflows across Shared Services including Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, and Administration.

Work closely with staff to implement practical AI workflows on approved platforms and train users for adoption. You will design and deploy AI solutions using ChatGPT Enterprise and Power Platform, while maintaining governance over sensitive data and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Technologies, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years supporting corporate functions (finance, HR, marketing, legal, or operations).
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled workflows and low-code automations.
• Experience training non-technical users on new tools and processes.
• Advanced proficiency with AI platforms and structured prompt design.

Responsibilities

• Map existing processes with Shared Services to identify AI opportunities.
• Design, build, deploy AI workflows using ChatGPT Enterprise and Power Platform.
• Train staff and create supporting documentation and coaching sessions.
• Maintain workflows with feedback, usage data, and results.
• Plan multiple workflow projects with clear priorities and timelines.
• Ensure data handling complies with governance policies.
• Contribute to weekly Digital Transformation cadence and enterprise initiatives.
• Support enterprise AI enablement efforts and adoption spotlights.
