Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Growth Engineer to own the systems behind cresta.com and drive how our AI agents are used for marketing. You will architect and build the web platform, enable marketers to ship without heavy engineering, and create tools for AI agents on our platform.

Strong backend/AI focus with product impact. You’ll work with our marketing and engineering teams to ship features, improve localization, and enhance SEO/AEO programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software/web/AI engineering or growth engineering experience.
• Strong across the stack with Python, TypeScript, Node, or similar.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering; familiar with AI/ML concepts.
• Ability to learn fast, work independently, and own outcomes.
• Owns design decisions and communicates tradeoffs clearly to non-engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Cresta.com site architecture, content flow, and integrations end to end.
• Define the technical vision for the website stack and CMS (Webflow today).
• Collaborate with brand/design to implement interactive experiences and consistent components.
• Instrument the site for GTM, forms, gated content, events, and attribution.
• Build localization foundations for new markets, including routing and hreflang.
• Adopt engineering practices to enable fast shipping with confidence.
• Support SEO and AEO initiatives with technical execution.
