Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

The work helps improve AI reasoning and performance through Outlier’s feedback loop. Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated media, identifying issues like distorted motion or misalignment, and providing clear, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot issues like artifacts or misalignment.
• Write a concise written explanation in English pointing to observed issues.
