Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all on a flexible remote schedule.

You will rate and justify selections across adherence, quality, and realism, writing concise explanations in English. This role helps improve how AI systems reason and perform in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and ability to capture nuances in conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts or misalignment and describe them in writing.
• Provide written explanations in English that point to observed issues.
