Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media outputs, and explain what looked or sounded wrong in writing.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs, noting errors, and providing concise, evidence-based explanations to improve AI behavior. Remote, flexible hours, with payments via multiple methods.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to replay or zoom in as needed.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Comfortable speaking through realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for artifacts, distortions, flicker, or audio-visual mismatches.
