Job summary

Everseen is seeking a PreSales Engineer to join the Go-To-Market team in the United States. You will be the technical storyteller, crafting solutions that demonstrate how our vision AI platform delivers measurable outcomes for leading retailers.

You’ll work with CTOs, collaborate with the sales team, and drive proofs of concept, designs, and demonstrations to show business impact. You’ll partner with GTM, Operations, Engineering and Product to share knowledge, stay current with advances in

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales, presales or solution engineering with enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of AI and its use in retail; interest in Everseen’s solutions and tech.
• Passion for delivering best-in-class customer experience.
• Ability to understand customer culture and needs in North America.
• Experience with advanced data analytics.
• Forecasting and tracking key account metrics in BD teams; target-driven.
• Experience developing relationships with customers at a technical level.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Willingness to travel to meet customers and with Everseen team.

Responsibilities

• Own technical components of the sales process to ensure a seamless journey.
• Engage with customer CTOs to build trust in our solution.
• Collaborate with sales to define tailored technical solutions.
• Act as SME delivering deep technical insight and data insights.
• Provide technical expertise via presentations, designs, demos, and PoCs.
• Translate customer requirements into architecture and insights.
• Deliver excellent customer service and anticipate needs.
• Collaborate across GTM, Ops, Eng, Product to share knowledge.
