Spotlight AR, LLC is seeking an Analyst-Consultant to own the full lifecycle of AI Influence visibility assessments for a portfolio of B2B tech clients. You will interpret LLM performance, identify gaps, and deliver polished client readouts through HTML microsites and slide decks.

The role emphasizes a strong point of view, data-driven storytelling, and collaboration with internal teams to refine messaging for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B market research, competitive intelligence, SEO, strategic consulting, or related field.
• Analytical fluency with structured data exports and ability to explain methodology to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Strong written communication skills for executive narratives.
• Experience with AI/LLM-adjacent work is a strong plus.
• Deliverable discipline and ability to produce polished client deliverables.
• Comfort presenting findings to senior client contacts.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end AI Influence Visibility Assessments for a portfolio of B2B tech clients, including 30-day baselines and 60-day delta reports.
• Interpret LLM prompt performance across models and platforms to identify patterns in citations and behavior.
• Identify content gaps, citation deficiencies, and authority signals; recommend actions to improve visibility.
• Develop and deliver client readouts to senior stakeholders using storytelling narratives in HTML microsites and slide decks.
• Track performance across report cycles and build longitudinal narratives showing movement and causes.
• Stay current on how major LLMs evolve in sourcing behavior and buyer-intent patterns; share insights with clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine presentation messaging for targeted audiences.
