Job summary

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking a Head of AI Visibility & Automation to lead a new capability at the intersection of SEO, AI search, and marketing automation. You will own how client brands are discovered, understood, and recommended across major AI assistants and search experiences, while building automated infrastructure to scale these strategies.

You will develop a comprehensive AI visibility and “brand everywhere” strategy across search, AI assistants, social, and online communities,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO/search strategy.
• Strong understanding of how generative AI is changing discovery.
• Hands-on GEO/AEO experience related to AI answer engines and chatbot optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead two specialist managers in AI visibility and automation.
• Develop and execute a brand-wide AI visibility strategy across search, AI assistants, social, and online communities.
• Design and rollout marketing automation workflows integrated with BI, content, and web publishing systems.
