Job summary

AirOps is hiring an Insights Strategist to analyze AI Search data and translate findings into product guidance and customer strategy. You will identify important questions and build analyses that track brand visibility, sentiment, citations, and model behavior over time.

You will work closely with Product and Data to improve metrics, reporting, and the customer-facing narrative, helping teams apply insights in conversations with customers and prospects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in insights, analytics, product strategy, data science, or related roles.
• Proven ability to define analytical questions and set priorities.
• Strong SQL skills with large, complex datasets.
• Experience building recurring reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Identify key questions to answer based on product priorities and market changes.
• Develop recurring analyses tracking AI Search performance across models, topics, brands, and time.
• Lead investigations into visibility, citations, sentiment, and model behavior.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for product, customers, and sales.
• Collaborate with Product and Data to improve data quality and reporting.
• Present findings to internal teams, customers, and prospects.
