Job summary

Corpay is hiring an AI Visibility Program Manager in Buckhead, Atlanta, to own the AI visibility strategy for a Corpay business. You will track performance across AI platforms, identify gaps, and drive a content and review program with cross‑functional partners.

You will lead interviews with executives and subject matter experts, develop compelling content, and work with Media to pursue opportunities. This role is onsite in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using generative AI, LLMs, AI search, or related technologies in a marketing, research, editorial, consulting, digital, or business environment.
• A solid understanding of how AI platforms discover, cite, and recommend information with practical experience using leading AI tools.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into clear priorities and actions.
• Excellent writing, editing, interviewing, and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Own AI visibility strategy and operating plan for assigned Corpay business.
• Track performance across AI platforms: mentions, citations, share of voice, and buyer prompts.
• Diagnose visibility gaps and maintain a roadmap across content, reviews, placements, and technical opportunities.
• Collaborate with General Manager and senior marketing leadership; adjust as AI discovery evolves.
• Develop a content agenda aligned with buyer questions and competitive gaps.
• Partner with reporters to interview executives, customers, and subject matter experts; manage high-quality content.
• Write or edit content to ensure it is credible and earns third-party pickup.
• Collaborate with Media to pursue priority opportunities and accelerate placements.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to build a pipeline of customer advocates.
