Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with proven leadership in technology transformation.
5+ years in technology, AI adoption, or enterprise program execution.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility and measurable outcomes.
Hands-on experience applying AI capabilities to solve business problems.
Experience deploying and governing AI platforms in business environments.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Translate AI strategy into operational programs and roadmaps.
Coordinate AI initiatives across business and technology teams to enable adoption at scale.
Track milestones, risks, and business outcomes across AI portfolios.
Identify execution barriers and drive remediation.
Define metrics for AI adoption, productivity, and value realization.
Develop executive dashboards and reporting for AI performance.
