Job summary

Webcor, a leading construction firm, seeks a Director of AI Strategy & Enablement to shape and execute the enterprise AI agenda. This role bridges business needs with technology, ensuring AI investments deliver measurable outcomes and align with corporate priorities.

You will lead governance, data alignment, adoption programs (including Copilot and other approved platforms), and establish an AI Champions network to scale responsible AI across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Civil, ME, Architecture, or equivalent.
• 5+ years managing complex projects in the AEC industry, including 3+ years as Project Engineer or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years supporting digital transformation, VDC, or deployment of technology initiatives in the field.
• AI related certifications (Microsoft AI-900, Google AI Essentials, etc) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the enterprise AI strategy aligned with business objectives and priorities.
• Establishes multi-year AI roadmap to improve efficiency, delivery, productivity, safety, and performance.
• Leads AI governance policies, standards, and operating procedures.
• Manages AI solutions evaluation, approval, monitoring, and risk considerations.
• Drives enterprise adoption of AI tools and measures business impact.
