Ai Video Producer

Bakemono Media seeks a meticulous and technically skilled AI Video Production Specialist to set up and operationalize our cutting-edge AI video generation pipeline. Leveraging cloud compute resources and the latest AI models, you will be instrumental in creating highly realistic, generated video content tailored to our diverse client base.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Pinokio, ComfyUI, and related custom nodes (AnimateDiff, Advanced-ControlNet, VideoUpscale).

Manage and organize AI model repositories, including checkpoints, ControlNet models, animation modules, and upscale models.

Curate and preprocess image datasets and accurately caption data for training custom Character LoRAs.

Execute training protocols, assess LoRA outputs, troubleshoot training issues, and identify optimal epochs and weights for high-quality, realistic video output.

Develop repeatable workflows for producing stable, flicker-free AI-generated videos, applying advanced ControlNet stacks, motion modules, and upscaling techniques.

Provide clear documentation and instruction to the internal team to enable independent operation and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

Proven experience with AI video generation workflows using Pinokio and ComfyUI.

Strong understanding of custom node installation, model management, and AI model training and troubleshooting.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in diagnosing model performance issues.

Familiarity with cloud computing environments and efficient resource management.

Highly independent, organized, and communicative, comfortable working remotely and delivering results within tight timelines.

This is a fully remote, contract-based opportunity that could lead to ongoing engagement based on successful implementation and integration with our production team. Immediate availability preferred.
