Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in video production or multimedia design.
• Proficiency with AI video creation tools: Synthesia, Synthesis, HeyGen, Runway, Pika.
• Hands-on experience with AI workflow automation using Zapier, Make, Notion AI, ChatGPT.
• Ability to write clear scripts and structure video narratives.
• Basic video editing skills with CapCut, Premiere, Descript, or similar.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.
• Remote work schedule aligned to Nevada USA Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

• Create professional video content using AI platforms (Synthesia, Synthesis, HeyGen, Runway, Pika, etc.).
• Build scripts, storyboards, and visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Produce explainer videos, training modules, marketing clips, and product demos.
• Edit and refine AI-generated footage for polished final output.
• Design and implement automated workflows for content creation, video production, and publishing.
• Use tools such as Zapier, Make, Notion AI, ChatGPT, Airtable, and other automation platforms to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Build templates, pipelines, and automation sequences that reduce manual work and increase production speed.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing to understand messaging goals.
• Manage timelines, revisions, approvals, and version control.

The ideal candidate is fluent in AI video platforms such as Synthesia, Synthesis, HeyGen, Runway, Pika, and similar tools, and has hands‑on experience with AI workflow automation using tools like Zapier, Make, Notion AI, ChatGPT, and other emerging platforms.

This role blends video production, AI tool mastery, automation, and light project coordination, aligned with Nevada USA working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Video Production

• Create professional video content using AI platforms (Synthesia, Synthesis, HeyGen, Runway, Pika, etc.).
• Build scripts, storyboards, and visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Produce explainer videos, training modules, marketing clips, and product demos.
• Edit and refine AI‑generated footage for polished final output.

AI Workflow Automation

• Design and implement automated workflows for content creation, video production, and publishing.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 year's experiencein video production, digital content creation, or multimedia design.

• Hands‑on experience with AI workflow automation (Zapier, Make, Notion AI, ChatGPT, or similar).
• Ability to write clear scripts and structure video narratives.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working remotely on Nevada USA (Pacific Time) schedule.
