GEN PLUS Group is seeking an AI Video Specialist to join its AI Department in Kentucky. You will produce AI-driven video content from briefs to final delivery, leveraging Seedance, Kling, Veo, and Runway, while coordinating with clients.

The role requires a strong editing background in Premiere Pro, an eye for artefacts, and the ability to refine outputs through feedback. A bilingual Greek and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI-driven video production.
• Portfolio demonstrating AI-driven video alongside traditional edited work.
• Hands-on with Seedance, Kling, Veo or Runway and AI image tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion or Firefly.
• Strong editing foundation in Premiere Pro and clean cut with usable audio.
• Eye for artefacts and willingness to regenerate rather than ship compromised work.
• Collaborative and receptive to feedback as tools evolve.
• Professional-level Greek and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Generate visual content across text-to-video and image-to-video models using Seedance, Kling, Veo and Runway.
• Interpret client briefs, produce reference imagery, and ensure outputs meet requirements before proceeding.
• Identify and resolve generation artefacts, continuity breaks and character inconsistencies.
• Edit and finish in Premiere Pro, applying AI extensions in the timeline and delivering full audio (voice, music, sound design).
• Build and document repeatable workflows for the wider team.
• Track new model releases, test them, and advise on adoption.

NAF is expanding its AI Department to meet growing demand for generative video production. We work with ambitious brands to deliver video content that performs across platforms, and we are looking for an AI Video Specialist team player for client projects from brief to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Content Creation: Generate visual content across text-to-video and image-to-video using Seedance, Kling, Veo and Runway, selecting the right model for each shot.
• Brief to Delivery: Interpret client briefs, produce reference imagery, and review every output against the requirement before moving forward.
• Quality Control: Identify and resolve generation artefacts, continuity breaks and character inconsistency before work reaches the client.
• Post-Production: Edit and finish in Premiere Pro, applying AI extensions in the timeline, and deliver the full audio element — voice, music, sound design and mix.
• Smart Workflows: Build and document repeatable processes the wider team can use.
• Trend Spotting: Track new model releases, test them, and advise on what is worth adopting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Portfolio: Demonstrable producing AI-driven video, alongside some conventional edited work
• Tech Stack: Hands‑on experience with Seedance, Kling, Veo or Runway, plus generative image tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion or Firefly.
• Craft: A working foundation in video editing — comfortable in Premiere Pro and able to build a clean cut with usable audio.
• Judgement: An eye for artefacts and the discipline to regenerate rather than ship compromised work.
• Collaboration: Willing to present work, take feedback, and share what you learn with the team as the tools change.
• Language: Professional-level Greek and English, written and spoken.
