Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a hands-on AI Video Producer to create polished videos for in-app and in-platform experiences using generative tools, from concept through delivery.

The role is contract with potential to become full-time. You will lead AI-driven workflows, iterate on feedback, and collaborate with product and marketing to turn ideas into finished videos.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with generative AI video tools in production.
• Portfolio includes finished AI-assisted or AI-generated videos with tool explanations and roles.
• Experience with text-to-video and image-to-video workflows, prompts, references, iterative generation.

The role
We are looking for a hands-on AI Video Producer with demonstrated experience using generative tools to create finished video. You’ll combine practical knowledge of AI video production with strong editing skills and editorial judgment to make content that feels clear, polished, and seamless for customers.

This is a contract role with potential to become full-time. Our immediate focus is the product experience.

What you’ll do

• Produce and edit video for our in-app and in-platform experience.
• Lead AI video production from tool selection and prompt development through generation, iteration, editing, and delivery.
• Evaluate AI-generated footage, correct visual inconsistencies and artifacts, and maintain continuity and quality across shots.
• Work with product and marketing to turn concepts into finished videos.
• Build repeatable workflows that combine AI tools with traditional editing to improve quality and production speed.
• Share work early, incorporate feedback, and deliver against agreed project milestones.

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience using generative AI video tools in production, not just exploratory use.
• A portfolio that includes finished AI-assisted or AI-generated videos, with a clear explanation of the tools you used, your role, and how you refined the output.
• Practical experience with text-to-video and image-to-video workflows, including prompting, reference inputs, and iterative generation to achieve a specific creative direction.
• An understanding of AI video’s limitations and the ability to resolve issues with motion, consistency, timing, and visual artifacts.
• Strong proficiency in professional video editing software and experience integrating AI-generated assets into a polished final cut.
• Strong editorial judgment and a discerning eye for what feels natural and useful to customers.
• Clear communication and the ability to take a project from brief to delivery while working quickly with feedback.
