Job summary

Overjet seeks a senior creative producer/director to own the AI-driven video and visuals, guiding flagship campaigns from concept to final cut. You will recruit and direct a bench of freelancers, ensure high-quality AI-generated content, and defend creative choices with data.

You’ll shape storytelling for diverse dental audiences while upholding strict healthcare accuracy and ethical standards. Hybrid work available across major US locations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in creative production or direction.
• 2+ years directing other creators, freelancers, or an agency team.
• Portfolio of finished AI video work.
• Ability to give clear creative feedback to other creators.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision for AI-made video and visuals, including what ships and what dies.
• Lead flagship campaign pieces from concept to final cut.
• Build and manage the creator bench: briefing, directing, and paying freelancers and social contractors.
• Run and refine the creative testing loop with Demand Gen to scale concepts in paid and organic.
• Tailor storytelling for four audiences (SMB, private practice, enterprise, DSO) using research and launches to drive sales.
• Establish rules for generative AI in healthcare: accuracy, no deceptive likeness, avoid shock value.
