Job summary

the company, a leader within the Brandtech Group, seeks an AI Producer to strengthen the content studio for a major consumer client. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee production from brief to delivery, and embed IA workflows to speed creative outputs without compromising quality.

With 10+ years in creative production, you master AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Pika, Adobe Firefly) and Adobe video tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role in a creative agency or studio.
• Advanced mastery of generative AI tools for visual content creation across video and image domains.
• Ability to identify when an AI workflow is appropriate versus traditional methods.
• Advanced use of generative AI to enhance creative quality and production efficiency.
• Experience designing and optimizing custom AI workflows.
• Ability to train team members on AI tools and workflows.
• Experience with large international brands, ideally in FMCG.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite and video software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Proven expertise in 2D animation (typography, transitions, characters).
• Significant experience on social media projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team, with client-facing collaboration.
• Strong communication skills to present ideas to clients and internal teams.
• High sensitivity to creative concepts, social media trends, and pop culture.
• Excellent English written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce animated and static content across formats (reels, social, DOOH, digital, in-store) using IA workflows.
• Master and evolve AI tools for video and image generation to enrich creative processes.
• Oversee the full production process from brief to storyboard to final delivery, ensuring technical specs are met.
• Evaluate IA outputs critically and refine with traditional tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) for high-quality results.
• Present and defend creative proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with brand teams and studio experts to ensure coherence and excellence across assets.
• Maintain adherence to brand visual identity across formats and markets.
• Continuously assess new AI creative solutions and share findings with the team.
• Occasionally create photomontages and perform retouching as needed.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media, and pop culture on an international level.
