Overjet is seeking a seasoned creative producer/director to lead the vision and execution of AI-made video content. You will own flagship campaigns from concept through final cut, directing internal teams and a bench of freelance creators, while upholding strict accuracy and ethics for healthcare AI.

You will also build processes for feedback, testing, and optimization, and defend creative choices to leadership using performance data. A hybrid work setup is available in major hubs.

Responsabilités

• Own flagship campaign pieces from concept to final cut
• Build and manage the creator bench—briefing, directing, and paying freelancers and social contractors
• Lead the creative testing loop with Demand Gen to scale concepts in paid and organic channels
• Tailor storytelling for four audiences (SMB, private practice, enterprise, DSO) and translate wins and launches into sales-ready assets
• Establish rules for generative AI in healthcare: accuracy, proper use of likeness, no shock value

The Mission and the Hard Part

Dentistry is a MANY BILLION DOLLAR industry whose marketing all looks the same. Stock smiles, blue gradients, a dentist pointing at an X-ray. The people we need to reach, dental practice owners and Dental Service Organization executives, have learned to scroll past it in under a second. We want you to make the first dental content they stop for.

You'll help set the creative vision for everything that carries Overjet's name: the look, the voice, the bar. Then you'll make the flagship work yourself, script to storyboard to final cut, directing AI video in Runway, Higgsfield, and whatever ships next. Then you'll build a bench of freelance creators who can do it with you.

The audience is skeptical of AI, already makes decent content of its own, and will punish anything that looks AI-sloppy or clinically incorrect. You're building the function and the standard at the same time, and you'll have to defend your point of view to leadership while the performance data checks your work.

• How our story lands with four audiences (SMB, private practice, enterprise, DSO), turning customer wins, research, and launches into things Sales and customers want to share

• The rules for generative AI in healthcare: accurate claims, no deceptive use of anyone's likeness, nothing published for shock value

What Makes the Right Candidate Keep Reading

You've originated and shipped creative that performed, not just executed someone else's concept, ideally somewhere you built the process as you went. 6+ years in creative production or direction, 2+ directing other creators, a portfolio of finished AI video. You give feedback that makes other people's work better. You don't need to know dentistry. You need to be willing to study an audience until you can predict what it watches. Previous experience managing a team of influencers and content creators is a plus!

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; a portfolio of finished work matters more.

• Skills: End-to-end direction of AI video (concept, script, storyboard, generation, edit) with strong command of tools like Runway and Higgsfield; the ability to give clear creative feedback to other creators; comfort using performance data to guide creative decisions.

• Experience: 6+ years in creative production or direction, including 2+ years directing other creators, freelancers, or an agency team, with a portfolio of finished AI video work. Startup or high-growth experience preferred.

• Previous experience managing a team of influencers and content creators is a plus!

Our Hybrid Workplace

We have a unique hybrid workplace at Overjet — which combines the teamwork of meeting in person, with the flexibility of working from anywhere.

Many of our positions are based in San Mateo, New York City, Boston, and Salt Lake City. The Jetters who live in these “geo-hubs” come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, while having the option to work from home the rest of the week.
