Job summary

Overjet, a world-leading dental AI company, is seeking a senior creative leader to own the AI video and visuals strategy. You will direct flagship campaigns, build and manage a bench of freelancers, and steer the creative testing loop with Demand Gen.

You’ll influence four audience segments and defend AI healthcare storytelling standards. You will lead a hybrid team, directing high-impact content from script to final cut, while ensuring accuracy and non-deceptive practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in creative production or direction
• 2+ years directing other creators
• Portfolio of finished AI video work
• Willingness to study an audience until you can predict what it watches

Responsibilities

• The creative vision for AI-made video and visuals, and the call on what ships and what dies, including your own work
• Flagship campaign pieces, concept to final cut
• The creator bench: finding, briefing, directing, and paying freelancers and our social contractor
• The creative testing loop with Demand Gen: which concepts scale in paid and organic
• How our story lands with four audiences (SMB, private practice, enterprise, DSO)
• The rules for generative AI in healthcare: accurate claims, no deceptive use of anyone's likeness, nothing published for shock value
