Job summary

This permanent role may be based in North America (Toronto or Chicago) with rotation opportunities. The position offers a hybrid work model with two remote days weekly and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience owning complex, client-facing technology projects.
• Ability to frame high-level business problems and connect solutions to ROI or KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own one AI use case end-to-end and ensure realized business outcome.
• Embed in business workflow to identify high-value problems and define success metrics.
• Drive use cases from discovery through deployment, adoption, and value realization.
• Lead a cross-functional pod with AI engineers and platform resources.
