WRITER, a hybrid role with hubs in multiple cities, seeks a Deployment Engineer to expand human capacity through AI for enterprise customers. You will architect AI-powered solutions, partner with customers to identify use cases, and translate complex platform capabilities into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical SaaS roles, with at least 3 years in solutions architecture or technical consulting/technical account management.
• Strong Python skills and API experience, including designing prompts and AI concepts.
• Experience delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, able to simplify AI concepts for diverse audiences.
• Builder mindset with a passion for emerging AI technologies and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic AI use cases with enterprise customers and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.
• Architect and deliver custom apps, templates, and integrations leveraging WRITER's platform and APIs.
• Translate complex platform capabilities into prescriptive recommendations for customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed customer feedback into the roadmap.
• Drive customer time-to-value by enabling scalable processes and robust documentation for integrations.
