Job summary

Hatz AI in New York City seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with MSPs and end-customers, turning AI capabilities into production systems. The role blends engineering, deployment, and product influence across discovery, scoping, design, build, and rollout.

Based in NYC with a hybrid schedule and ~50% travel, you will own complete deployments end-to-end, build full-stack systems, and help shape the platform through field feedback with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience.
• Track record delivering complex projects in fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or generative models.
• Ability to shape unclear asks into detailed workflows without hand-holding.
• Clear communication with engineers, product teams, and MSP stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery across deployments from prototype to production.
• Build full-stack systems delivering real customer value.
• Represent Hatz AI in senior client settings with credibility.
• Embed with MSP and end-customer teams to understand needs and adoption.
• Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers early.
• Make sound trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality.
• Codify practices into reusable tools and playbooks.
• Share feedback to guide product roadmap and platform improvements.
