Job summary

DataAnnotation seeks an experienced UI/UX Product Designer - AI Trainer to shape evaluation briefs for frontier AI models on real visual design tasks. This contract role focuses on interfaces, typography, and visual systems using realistic briefs and careful critique.

You will develop design prompts, run them through AI tools, and compare model versions, documenting what works and where approaches break down. Remote work from Evanston, IL with pay per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; not required.
• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic, challenging design briefs grounded in real-world UI and product design expectations.
• Submit briefs to frontier AI design tools and evaluate outputs against professional standards.
• Compare two model versions using identical prompts and assets, and identify which performed better.
