athenahealth in Boston is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the AI Trust & Transparency area, shaping evaluation, governance, and transparency capabilities for clinicians and administrators. The role combines strategy, ownership of roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Legal to ensure safe AI experiences.

Based in a hybrid Boston setting, you will partner with teams to align product decisions with healthcare safety and regulatory

Qualifications

At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including 4+ years in product management.
Experience with large language model evaluation methods and observability platforms.
Experience designing responsible AI solutions in regulated environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with healthcare technology and EHR workflows is preferred.

Responsabilités

Define product vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap for AI Trust & Transparency.
Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle and measure outcomes.
Serve as Product Owner, manage epics, stories, and backlog priorities.
Determine experiments and PMF validation strategies (alpha/beta).
Establish performance metrics to monitor risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align with safety, regulatory, and operational needs.
Translate market needs into customer-facing information and service descriptions.
Support teams in applying AI evaluation tools and governance practices.
