Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Strategy Associate to be the analytical engine behind how we help leading legal and professional services adopt AI. You’ll turn raw inputs into playbooks, analyses, and executive-ready materials that make transformation scalable and measurable.

You will work cross-functionally with Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success, gaining exposure to senior leadership and partners. This is an ownership‑driven role with strong growth potential for those early in their careers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent).
• Exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets.
• Track record of building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodologies.
• Exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy work.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias to action.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on professional work.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into insight; analyze adoption/usage data and build models and dashboards.
• Build scalable playbooks, templates, and methodology for engagements.
• Synthesize lessons from engagements into repeatable materials and maps.
• Create executive-ready communications for senior partners and leadership.
• Coordinate acrossLegal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to move work forward.
• Capture patterns to inform internal knowledge and external thought leadership.
