Job summary

Ladders in Thousand Oaks, CA, is seeking an Associate Vice President, AI&D Scaled Operations and Transformation to lead enterprise operating models and governance across AI&D functions. Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (US-based candidates only; visa sponsorship not available).

Compensation: $265,133 – $358,709 annually. You will partner closely with senior leaders and external vendors to strengthen accountability, improve collaboration, and drive measurable operational performance through

Qualifications

Doctorate/Master/Bachelor with substantial transformation experience.
7+ years of managerial experience and leading projects.
15+ years leadership in technology/AI/digital transformation and operating models.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve operating models and standards for execution across teams.
Establish repeatable work methods and operating rhythms within the organization.
Translate strategy into clear operational mechanisms that improve accountability.
Identify and close gaps in team collaboration while ensuring accountability.
Create performance KPIs and management systems for timely insights into execution health.
Drive continuous improvement and surface operational friction points.
Lead partner engagement and develop standards for vendor interactions.
