For our client, we are seeking a Associate Vice President, AI&D Scaled Operations and Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader is seeking a seasoned operations transformation executive to help scale enterprise ways of working across AI&D functions. In this role, you will define operating models, establish standards, and create the mechanisms that turn strategy into consistent execution. You will also partner closely with senior leaders and external vendors to strengthen accountability, improve collaboration, and drive measurable operational performance.

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

• Proven ability to lead global teams and influence senior executives.
