Qualifications

• At least 5 years leading multi-workstream programs in complex environments.
• Designing and maintaining program rhythms: cadence, reports, risk logs, budgets.
• Experience using AI-enabled project management and automation for visibility.
• Clear written and verbal communication for senior executives.
• Experience coordinating across consultants, technologists, and change practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across all transformation workstreams.
• Track budget variances and support governance reporting to transformation leadership.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline program operations and become a tool practitioner.
• Coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators for integrated progress.
• Maintain operating cadence: cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, and actions.
