• Structure and lead workstreams end-to-end; deliver outputs-ready for client.
• Own quality across deliverables; uphold coherence and client-readiness.
• Support business development; contribute to proposals and grow client relationships.
• Lead the client relationship day-to-day; manage communication and expectations.
