Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive business development and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change agenda for the pod's engagement as AI takes over tasks.
• Own the workforce transition strategy for the pod's scope.
• Coordinate with Process Blueprint Lead and AI Innovators on org implications.
• Develop communications and stakeholder engagement materials for leadership.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance early to mitigate risks.
• Contribute workforce insights to the enterprise AI Transformation Office.
