Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Reinvention Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the AI Transformation Office within the Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will manage communications, milestones, and portfolio reporting across all workstreams and leverage automation to increase efficiency.

You will coordinate closely with Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators, maintain program cadence, and track risks and budgets for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project management in a complex enterprise or top-tier consulting environment.
• Proven track record maintaining program operating rhythms (cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, budget tracking) for senior executives.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered project management and automation tools to improve visibility.
• Strong executive-ready written and verbal communication skills for status materials.
• Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams including consultants, technologists, and change practitioners.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across transformation workstreams.
• Track budget actuals vs. plan and support governance reporting to transformation leadership.
• Leverage AI-powered project management tools and automation to streamline operations.
• Coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators to maintain an integrated progress view.
• Maintain operating cadence: cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, and action tracking.
