Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Reinvention Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the AI Transformation Office in Life Sciences. You will manage communications, milestones, and portfolio reporting with visibility for governance across all transformation workstreams.

You will leverage AI-powered project management tools to streamline operations, track budgets, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams while traveling as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Combined 5+ years delivering multi-workstream programs at top-tier firms or complex enterprises.
• Designing and maintaining program operating rhythms for senior executives.
• Experience using AI-powered project management and automation to improve visibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication for decision-ready materials.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams including consultants and technologists.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications, milestones, and portfolio reporting across all workstreams.
• Track budget actuals vs. plan and support governance reporting to leadership.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to streamline program operations.
• Coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators.
• Maintain operating cadence: cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, actions.
