Qualifications

- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting engagements.
- Strong facilitation skills and experience leading workshops with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Facilitate workshops to understand current processes and identify operational challenges
- Assess business functions for suitability of agentic AI solutions and evaluate potential business value
- Develop business blueprints that define requirements and workflows for proposed AI-enabled solutions
