Job summary

Janus Henderson is pursuing a firm-wide AI Transformation and seeks an AI Business Partner embedded within a business unit to identify high-value AI opportunities, build practical solutions, and drive adoption. You will rotate across departments, bringing proven patterns, and adapt them to new contexts within a collaborative Innovation team.

You will work at the intersection of business process, AI solution development, and change enablement, translating workflow pain points into working AI

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar.
• Experience with multiple AI/GenAI tools and platforms and ability to evaluate new tools.

Responsibilities

• Embed within a business unit to identify AI opportunities and build practical solutions.
• Design and deploy scalable AI agents using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with AI champions to scale adoption and train business users.
