Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is embarking on an AI Transformation program. You will be the AI Business Partner embedded in a business unit, working with teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and deliver practical solutions using Microsoft Copilot and the broader M365 ecosystem.

You will rotate across departments, mentor champions, and help scale AI adoption with measurable KPIs, while ensuring security and data privacy alignment. Hybrid work and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar low-code AI tooling.
• Demonstrable experience with multiple AI/GenAI tools and platforms.
• Strong business analysis capability mapping complex processes and AI value.

Responsibilities

• Embed within an assigned business unit to discover, scope, and prioritise AI use cases and rotate to new departments.
• Agree practical measures of success to show measurable AI impact aligned with business objectives.
• Design and build intelligent solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and M365 for rapid prototypes and scalable agents.
