Job summary

Washington Corporations seeks an AI Enablement Specialist to partner with business leaders, application owners, and technology teams to move AI from awareness to practical, repeatable use across the organization.

You will deliver hands-on learning experiences, develop reusable enablement materials, and help teams adopt and realize value from AI, Copilot, Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 tools in daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, information systems, communications, education, computer science, engineering, data science, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Microsoft technologies, change management, business analysis, instructional design, or process improvement are assets.

Responsibilities

• Educate and partner with leaders to identify AI opportunities and adoption points across Washington Companies.
• Design and deliver hands-on learning experiences such as training sessions, workshops, and coaching.
• Create reusable enablement materials, playbooks, prompts, and quick-reference guides for scalable AI use.
• Track adoption metrics and communicate value realization from AI, automation, and analytics initiatives.
