Job summary

Prosights, Inc. is a data transformation partner helping PE-backed firms convert messy data into clean, structured data. We build reusable modules, data platform services, AI runtime infrastructure, and internal tooling to ship production software quickly and reliably.

Senior Product Engineer will work across frontend, backend, data, and infra, delivering scalable components and guiding architectural decisions while staying aligned with customer needs and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• :6+ years shipping production software and owning meaningful systems beyond first release.

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable application modules and configurables for deployment teams.
• Build data platform services including ingestion, schema mapping, validation, lineage, permissions, and writeback across documents, APIs, warehouses, ERPs, and CRMs.
• Design AI runtime infrastructure with model routing, prompt registries, evaluation harnesses, memory layers, human review, and production observability.
• Create internal developer tooling including local environments, templates, component libraries, test fixtures, release workflows, and diagnostics.
• Maintain production foundations with authentication, RBAC, tenant boundaries, workflow state, background jobs, monitoring, and reliability patterns.
