Illumia, LLC is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to drive company-wide AI adoption and operational transformation. You will partner with the COO and functional leaders to embed AI workflows, deploy high-impact use cases, and measure adoption and efficiency gains.

This role emphasizes program management, governance, and cross-functional execution in a software/tech-adjacent environment.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying generative AI tools in a business context.
• Strong program management and cross-functional delivery track record.
• Ability to run structured discovery sessions with senior leaders.
• Experience in software or tech-adjacent environments, post-merger context is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM and support platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI transformation program management across functions.
• Embed AI within Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, and Services.
• Drive 100% AI adoption with measurable efficiency gains.
• Oversee AI governance with Legal, IT Security, and functional leads.
