We are seeking a Director of AI to shape and accelerate this transformation – a role at the intersection of applied AI, enterprise platform delivery, and global business transformation, translating enterprise strategy into shipped outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive technology experience with 4+ years leading AI/ML delivery.
• Proven record shipping AI/GenAI solutions into production at scale with measurable impact.
• Hands-on expertise in ML, NLP, and responsible AI; cloud platforms and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI roadmap delivery end-to-end from prototype to production.
• Drive rapid experimentation, ensure scalable deployment, and measure ROI.
• Define and report ROI and KPIs tied to revenue, margin, costs, or working capital.
• Oversee AI governance, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance coordination.
• Build and lead the global AI CoE and partner with regional leaders to scale adoption.
